Hello all! I just wanted to say (before you think I vanished off the face of the earth), that we are galavanting hither and yon this week, hence the blogging hiatus. However, I prefer to use the French word for "stop" - Pause (pronounced pa-oo-say) in reference to the break between posts. Do not fret my friends, I will return in the grandest of fashions with pictures of all the excitement we have encountered on our journeys.
Let me just add...thank God for vehicular toddler crack in the form of Baby Einstein DVD's on a portable DVD player. Thank you Jesus, Hallelujah!

7 coins in my pocket:
"vehicular toddler crack"....I love it! You are so right:)
Have fun on your journeys!
Oh--anesthesizing the wee ones with videos? I've always done that, too--guilty as charged! We're on a beach journey this week--where have you been?
My kids are really into Wow Wow Wubbzy! Emily just boogy's on down to the music. I had to get rid of DVD's in the van. I had to break up too many fights over who was going to watch what. Barbie or TMNT! More stress than not having one at all.
Have fun on your little trip! See you when you get back.
we never started the kids on car crack, so they usually just listen to music and then fall asleep! Gotta stop pumping ether through the air vents, I hear it stunts their growth.
I use to leave my baby in his exersaucer in front of the Baby Einstein videos until he fell asleep while I mowed the grass. That's some world-class parenting, eh?! But they are like 20 minutes of magic if you ask me :)....
Can't wait to see your vacation pics. My bloggy friends have all been so nice as to let me tag along on all their adventures this summer...
We have Baby Mozart memorized. MEMORIZED. I'm not embarrassed to admit this fact, either.
Have fun...be ready to regale us with tales and photos and such. I'm counting on it!
Thank you, God, for DVD's in the car. Amen.
